Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide day-to-day support to adults with developmental disabilities.

About the Role

DSPs are at the heart of our mission — supporting adults with developmental disabilities to live full, self-directed lives. This isn't a passive role. You'll be present in the everyday moments that matter: helping someone learn a new skill, getting to a doctor's appointment, joining a community event, or simply being a steady, trusted presence.

What You'll Do

- Assist individuals with daily living skills including cooking, cleaning, budgeting, and personal organization - Provide personal care support — bathing, dressing, grooming — with attention to dignity and privacy - Support community involvement: accompanying individuals to activities, appointments, social events, and work - Monitor and respond to health needs, including medication administration and documentation - Advocate for each person's rights, preferences, and goals in every setting - Build genuine relationships grounded in respect and trust - Help individuals develop and pursue personal goals and meaningful connections - Complete required documentation accurately and on time

About You

- Genuine commitment to supporting people with developmental disabilities - Patient, reliable, and able to work independently - Comfortable with personal care and physical support tasks - Good communication skills — written and verbal - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (most positions require community travel) - Must pass a background check

Nice to Have

- Prior experience in direct support, caregiving, home health, or a related field - CPR/First Aid certification - Familiarity with person-centered planning
