Preschool Teacher (Part Time or Full Time)

Treefort Childcare is growing, and we’re looking for caring, dependable, and energetic teachers to join our team!
At Treefort, we believe childcare should be a place where children feel safe, loved, and excited to learn — and where teachers feel supported and valued. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with children, works well as part of a team, and can provide attentive, hands-on care throughout the day.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children
- Actively supervising children at all times
- Building positive relationships with children and families
- Leading age-appropriate activities, play, and curriculum
- Assisting with meals, diapering, toileting, rest time, and daily routines as needed
- Keeping classrooms clean, organized, and welcoming
- Communicating professionally with parents and coworkers
- Working together with other teachers and management to support the needs of the center
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is dependable and punctual
- Has a positive attitude and takes initiative
- Loves working with children
- Is attentive and understands the importance of active supervision
- Communicates well with parents, children, and coworkers
- Is willing to learn and grow with our team
- Previous childcare experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
