Behavior Therapist- Elizabeth Nj

Home Link International Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to provide 1:1 ABA therapy services to children in home and community settings throughout North Jersey. This position is ideal for candidates interested in working in behavioral health and making a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities:

• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy sessions
• Collect and record session data
• Complete session notes in a timely manner
• Communicate with supervisors and caregivers

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or higher
• Reliable transportation or consistent way to travel to client locations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to pass background check

Preferred (Not Required):

• RBT certification
• Completion of 40-hour RBT training
• Experience in ABA, behavioral health, or working with children
• Spanish-speaking candidates encouraged to apply
