Job Title:  Event Crew Member (Part-Time / Flexible)

 

About the Role
We are looking for energetic, reliable, and friendly team members to help run our high-energy mobile entertainment events, including laser tag, nerf wars, gel blaster battles, and foam parties! This is a part-time, sporadic, gig-style role that is great for students looking for flexible weekend or evening work.

 

What You’ll Do
A typical event shift runs about 3 to 4 hours total and follows this breakdown:
 

  • Setup (approx. 1 hour): Arrive on-site, unload, and help assemble event gear and play areas.
  • Event Operations (1 to 2 hours): Assist staff, manage equipment safely, keep participants engaged, and ensure everyone is having a great time.
  • Breakdown (approx. 1 hour): Pack up equipment efficiently and reload into the vehicle.

 

What We’re Looking For
 

  • Attributes:  A genuinely friendly, upbeat, and customer-first attitude. You love interacting with people and bringing positive energy.
  • Rock-Solid Reliability: When you commit to a shift, you show up on time, every time. 
  • Transportation: Must have your own reliable transportation to and from event sites.
  • Physical Energy: Comfortable on your feet and able to assist with lifting and moving event equipment during setup and teardown.

  • Pay: $20.00 / hour (Shifts typically run 3–4 hours, approx. $60–$80+ per event).
