Gillispie Counseling Services is seeking compassionate, motivated counselors to join our growing outpatient mental health team. New graduates and LPC Candidates are encouraged to apply, and clinical supervision is available.

We believe counselors should be able to focus on providing excellent clinical care—not spend their time building a caseload, dealing with insurance companies, or managing administrative tasks.

Position Responsibilities

Counselors provide outpatient behavioral health services including individual and/or family counseling, assessments, treatment planning, clinical documentation, care coordination, and other services within their professional scope of practice.

Qualifications

Applicants should have or be completing a master’s degree in counseling or another qualifying behavioral health field and be eligible for appropriate Oklahoma licensure.

• Recent master’s-level graduates
• Graduate students approaching completion of an eligible program

Important: NHSC student loan repayment is available only to clinicians who meet NHSC’s current eligibility and independent licensure requirements. Employment at an NHSC-approved site does not guarantee an award.
