Assistant Radio/Podcast Producer Intern
Employers 4 Change (E4C) is a trusted 3rd-party online recruiting platform that uses AI to align students with employers based on mission, values, and core skills. E4C ensures compliance with the Department of Labor’s 7 Criteria, making both unpaid and paid internships ethical, skill-building, and aligned with students’ academic goals.
Our platform tracks learning outcomes by measuring core skills, real-world tasks, and business application usage. Grant-funded research—published on EconStor and ResearchGate—showed measurable improvement in communication skills, with nearly identical growth scores between interns and their employee mentors.
