Patient Care Coordinator (Pre-med Students Encouraged to Apply- No experience needed!)

We are a cardiovascular radiology clinic in Bellevue seeking a motivated undergraduate student or recent graduate interested in pursuing a career in medicine to join our team as a Patient Care Coordinator.

This position offers valuable exposure to both the clinical and administrative aspects of patient care in a specialized cardiovascular imaging practice. Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating patient scheduling with referring providers

• Managing patient reports and medical documentation

• Assisting with patient and clinician education

• Supporting projects designed to improve the patient experience

• Collaborating closely with the physician and CT technologists

This is an excellent opportunity to learn about patient care, cardiovascular disease and advanced cardiac imaging.

The clinic offers a collaborative learning environment where students work closely with an experienced physician and CT technologists. For students pursuing careers in medicine, this position provides meaningful mentorship, hands-on exposure to clinical operations, and the opportunity to earn a strong letter of recommendation.

Schedule & Compensation

This is a paid part-time or full-time position. Flexible schedule that can be arranged around classes. Start date is flexible. 

This position is especially well suited for students taking a gap year before applying to medical school. It offers an opportunity to build clinical experience while maintaining the flexibility needed for MCAT preparation, applications, etc.
