What You'll Do

• Create engaging, play-based learning experiences for toddlers
• Foster strong, trusting relationships with children and their families
• Support each child's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom environment
• Collaborate with fellow educators to implement developmentally appropriate curriculum
• Observe and document children's progress while celebrating individual milestones
• Follow all Massachusetts EEC regulations and center policies

What We're Looking For

• Massachusetts EEC Teacher Certification required
• Passion for early childhood education and child development
• Experience working with toddlers preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive classroom
• Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
