Center Director Responsibilities:

  • Balancing educational duties, such as administering assessments and diagnosing student learning gaps
  • Administrative duties, such as creating student binders and keeping the center clean
  • Sales duties, such as responding to leads and successfully enrolling customers
  • Employee development/manager duties, such as proper scheduling and providing on the job training/coaching

Qualifications:

  • Passion for math and working with students
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Eagerness to learn and be trained
  • Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilities
  • Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
  • Proficiency in computer skills

All applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.
